I believe that is a Agway Rustler made by Manco. It looks like the 305 version. They made three of them, 305 (5hp), 308 (8hp), and 310 (10hp). They are great little trikes, fully automatic, Briggs & Stratton powered. The 310 seems to be the hardest one to find and is comaparable in size to a Honda 200S however without front suspension. The 305 is a lot smaller, like a Honda 70 but has a foot brake where the 70 didn't. I would buy it!
PS: Won't last long at that price!!!
