83 250r carb problem

Everytime I go to ride my trike I turn the gas on and when I do there's gas draining right out of the drain hole wayy more than I suppose should be its more like running right out than driping any help please???

sounds like the float is sticking, take it apart clean with carb cleaner put it back together and see if that does the trick

some times you can tap the carb with something hard but what fmnrd said was smarter and solves the problem perminantly

Ok ill try that!! But do any of you guys know why it won't sit and idle?? Or go full throttle when I hit the throttle its like it sounds like the choke is on but I know its off and one more question its smokes alott more for some reasson I'm running 30:1. What's the best to run for less smoke??? Thanks for the help!!

if the floats are stuck the motor is flooding causes same problems as haveing choke on
