I have an old snowmobile sleigh (not an nice as that one) that i pull the wife and daughter around on the lake with my BR.
Goods: fun, pulls easy on packed snow and ice, soft ride for them (has leaf springs), off the ground keeps them dry and wormer.

Bad: In deeper snow and 4 wheeler paths (can't follow snowmobile tracks, not packed enough gets stuck) the 3 wheels and skis on the sleigh are all in different spots.
So the BR has to basicly push and pull over a 48" width... which adds up to alot of drag. ...and in the ruts the sleigh finds its own path and can pull the BR sideways wich looses your momentem.

It can be done and is fun but has its limits. Would be best if you could get the skis to be the same width as the trike's rears.
