Mine has the dreaded TrailPro on it and I hate that thing. I was going to get a Duro HF240 for the front of mine when money allows or a Cheng Shin C827. Both are knobby tires.

mine has a Cheng shin brand knobby on the front, but its older and kind of dry-rotted and only holds air for about a day, the back are Carlisle Strykers that still have some of the knob's on them and hold air perfectly fine, i was wondering if there is a better front tire i could get that's a good all around use, also i was wondering what the difference is between the front rim and the rear rims? or are they the same? probably a dumb question

Kenda Front Max is the best tire for upfront IMO

I just picked up 2 of the Cheng Shins. They look great for soft terrain, nice soft rubber. They are only 2 ply though, I wouldn't do serious dirt/woods riding with it. Perfect for snow/sand though.

Front and rear wheels are the same unless the back has been changed out to a different back spacing sometime along the lines. I have Carlisle Strykers on the back of mine also, I want to change to GBC Gators later on. I have tubes in all 3 of my tires.

Any tire thats not dry rotted and bald is a treat. Never had a problem with a good knobby on the front.

I tried a ITP Mudlite but went back to a cheap knobby. Wish I had knobbies on the back too. MudLites ride rough.

my front is a cheng shin, but dry rotted, but it gets the job done for the time being, i was looking at some stock looking wheels on the internet and was wondering if it would be ok if i bought three, here the link, what do you guys think, would they fit on front and back?

well trikes don't need super aggressive treads on the front because we're 2wd, i think that would be ok, unless it's like 2 ply or something. durability is always a good thing.

After seeing the Kenda Front Max that is what I will be going with when money allows. Should handle and turn better in hard packed and loose surfaces than the regular knobby?

I'm not sure, id like the front max, but money isn't allowing right now ha ha, but i figure a new knobby is better than my dry-rotted on that only holds air for two days, and i was considering the bear claws for the back, definitely needed if we use it in my buddies tomato field this summer

Completely understand that. My back Carlisle Strykers will give me a few years left of service(I have tubes in them). My front tire has a tube in it also but its getting so bad that the side is starting to rip out so I for sure got to get a front one. Im trying to sell a few things so I can afford it. I would really like GBC Gators on the back but that ain't happening for a long time. Sorry for junking up your thread with my bs.
