Has anybody built a custom "big wheels" bike from trike??

Hi all I`m just wondering if anybody has taken a trike and made a custom "big wheels" two wheeler out of it? I would appreciate any pic of any built or tips on what they did, as i`m in the process of building one..let me know!!

Ive got a freind locally here who turned a 250r into a 2 wheeler. unfortunatly i have had a chance to ride it yet.
