Got a few more things to finish and then its ready for the Invasion too :)
CR500 front with 450R rear carrier, and 450R linkage setup.

I like the rear reinforcement design, a tubular gusset! I imagine that will hold well even in the highest demands. Nice puddles too, what are using for your welding?

Yup, I've always been a bigger fan of tube gussets than sheet and plate ones.
Welder is an ancient Miller Dial arc, 300amp. Late 1970s vintage. I think one of the first ones with a self contained water cooler (older models had an open loop system you hooked a hose up to, Ha!)

I bought a small Hobart Mig about ten years ago and its been a great welder. I'm getting low on the gas now so thinking my next refill will be Argon as it gives a nice clean weld. Your welds look great. Occasionally I'll get some spatter but the industrial plant where I get my steel and gas from says the argon will give a much better puddle. They use it for aluminum, I was thinking about buying the aluminum conversion for my welder as I have bought a few trikes that had a JB Weld job that concerned me! Good work, can't wait to see the finished photos!
