cdi question on a 200es

will a cdi off a 200m work on a 200es. the plug looks the same but don't want to purchase something that doesnt work. i know the question sounds stupid but i want to make sure.

No it will not work. I tried it once the reverse light stays on the whole time and it won't even crank over or anything. Would be nice because I believe they are quite a bit cheaper. The only other one that I think will work is from a trx 200.
