Okay guys I got her last night, brought her in the garage tonight, changed the rear end fluid and the oil, and started to look into the problems it had.
It didn't have a battery, I put one in it, it gets power to the battery cables when the engine is running (7-8 volts at idle) so the charging system seems to be working.
Head light doesnt work, Bulb appears to be good, Tail light works fine, It doesn't get power to the bulb but it does have power going into the switch, Screws are stripped out in the switch so I am guessing that is my problem.
Also, the electric starter doesn't work, Seems like the push button doesnt work right, I guess ill have to drill those screws out because there seems to be a wiring issue inside of that switch, any ideas?
Also when turnin hard left at idle the engine dies, From what I can tell it is tugging on the choke cable. Any way to fix this? i cant see anywhere that its getting hung up.
Thanks in advance.

If your only get 7-8 volts the charging system is not working right. Sounds like 2 out of 3 of your stator leads are making power. The other lead probably has a break or ground issue. On the starter issue, find the solenoid and see if jumping the terminals with a screw driver gets the starter moving, then work back from there. If it works by jumping it and your switch is bad its easy enough to wire something aftermarket in its place.

Ill have to go thru and check all the wiring, For now it runs fine and starts easily with the pull starter. Ill try the screw driver trick tomorrow.

When you turn it could also be tugging on a wire that doesn't have the best connection.

fixed the turning problem. Turns out the wires werent all inside the little guide thing hanging off where the forks mount to the frame and it was pulling on it. Not sure how i missed that.
Didn't try anything with the starter. Little cold in the unheated garage last night and I didnt feel like moving cars around and such. Gonna tear into that this weekend.

when you turn on the key does your neutral light come on, also have you tried to lift the shift lever a lil when pushing on the start button, could also be your neutral switch sensor, it won't let it engage if it thinks you are in gear or fully engaged, it will hust buzz at you also there is a fuse in the wiring you might want to check for that matter if it has gone bad will stop the battery from reaching the starter, all the battery does is the starter

no neutral light...Haven't ever seen it come on. No buzzing noise whatsoever, Checked the fuse and it was fine. I just got a new air filter for it so when I take the fenders off this weekend to check that out ill tear into the starter issue. It starts up easily wit the pullstarter but it has an electric start so i want that to work.

there is a solenoid, and a relay that's under the seat you might want to have checked, also run two wires off the battery and touch them to the starter posts to see if it turns to rule out a bad starter, did you get a wet air filter or a dry one? Also the neutral indicator is behind the shift lever, and behind the side cover of the motor if that is it

I'm not sure but when I got mine it came with a wet filter which in my opinion are better as you clean and reoil them when you need to and if you check babbits sport center online they have microfiche which you can use to find part numbers and where the neutral indicator is located if that is what the problem is I have a feeling it's in the wiring as you have no neutral light or check the bulb too

im pretty sure its wiring cause the headlight doesnt work either.

more than likely wiring, with the headlight in mind, it may be something as simple as just a pinched or corroded wire
