Here's what she looked like when I brought her home.

And here it is after a bath. I sprayed some carb cleaner down the intake and it fired up second kick.

Its still not a beauty queen by any means but its a nice foundation. I'm having a hard time choosing which direction I want to go with it. Do I tear it completely down and give everything a new coat of paint or do I just touch it up and go from there.

What ever I do it will need at the very least rear fenders, tank, seat cover, clutch cable, rear caliper, rear axle bearings, and the tube from the air box to the carb. So if anyone has any of these items let me know I have cash and will be looking very soon.

Looks like a good start.

Heck, i'd say just touch it up here and there. If you do a complete restoration you might not want to ride it.

It will get ridden either way. I don't own any garage queens and paint is cheap. Plus I'm easy on my bikes.

Well so much for a touch up and go job. Its getting torn down and the frame is getting powder coated. This is as far as I've gotten. I came down with a case of strep throat or it would be a bare frame by now.
