250sx help

I just rebuilt my motor and i have no 2 clues on how to set the rocker arms or do you even have too. It is my first time fixing a 250 i have fixed only 200 before so this was a new challange.

Follow the manual, take the spark plug out, make sure your at TDC compression stroke and make sure those locknuts are tight when done and didn't change the clearance.

If it's noisy and remains noisy, it may be your timing chain and guides.

Thanks for all the help. I have another problem i got spark and i cleaned out the carb and got the floats unstuck but there is no gas going in the motor and i cant figure it out can anyone give me an idea of how to fix my problem??
