What should I use for crank case venting hose

On my 86 R I'm putting on a ESR big bore and a TMX 38mm Mikuni carb. Do I just run the carb vent hoses down by the swing arm out the bottom? And the crank case has a hose that goes to a TEE then splits off, both of them were routed out the bottom too. Any pointers on how I should route them all.
