Hi Folks,
I've been working on a 85 250sx. When I got it, I noticed that the one fork was bent, and the front wheel was turned out relative to the fork bridge.. OK, no big deal, I got 2 straight replacements. Put new seals in too.
So I go to bolt it up, and the front tire is still not straight with the handlebar bridge. :mad:No the axle is not bent.
It looks like it needs to be slightly tweaked, ie one top fork needs to go front and the other back slightly. I even swapped out the fork bridges thinking that was the issue.
Even turned the forks in the bridge to make sure that there was no difference......there was not.
What gives?????
