Tecate rear axel snap ring alternative

Hi guys. I just wanted to know if the 86-87 tecate 3 rear axel snap ring will work on a 84-85. I see its still active on kawasaki.com. I have been searching for an alternative for quite some time to get my extended axel geared up. And one have both they can get pictures of side by side? Ill bet this could help out the tecate owners.

have you tryed going to a industrial supply shop and matching something up?

I don't think it will work because the 86-87 axle is larger in diamitor than the 84-85 axle

Could it be "made" to fit? I have tried finding something but nothing is that large.

The T4 snap ring will work, I don't know if its active or anything, but it will work.
