250r front end on 200x?

ok one of the forks is wiggling int he tube ont he 200x I jsut got running and the otehr is ok but they are also bent. I have alwyas been under the impression that of they wiggle int he tube, they are too far gone to rebuild. that being said, i have seen where members have used the 250r front fork assembly so my questions are as follows.

1- what yrs 250r frront forks will work on my 84 200x setup?
2- if I use the 250r forks do i use my 200x front hub brake and such or do I need the entire 250r setup?
3- would it be better to stick with the 200x forks and see about getting ones in better shape?

Thankls for your info guys. I don;t have any 250rs so I cannot compair and measure. I knwo i have to drill out the 200x tripples 2-3mm but can the 250r tripple bolt on or is it different?

83/84 250r are the best forks for the 200x IMO and all the 200x brakes bolt right up . You have to use the 200x bearings and shim a little but it will bolt right up .
