I'm doing a full 250r from the ground up build I am wondering who makes the best 310 kit out there and while I have the tranny apart (needs new crank) is there any thing else I should do to the bottom end other than new bearings.

Give Lenny a call at Duncan Racing they have years of experience with the R. A lot of people don't know but Loran Duncan was the factor mechanic for Marty hart back in the day and work hand and hand with Paul Turner until Loran bought all the rights for his products. Just ell Lenny Glenn told you to call and he will take care of you. As for your motor inspect the trany gears for chips and fork for any rub marks that would tell you they are bent and if you are doing your crank replace your main bearings.
