Did some searching here on this topic. So i knew what i was getting into. My 80 110 allways had an issue with the carb. Either the engine would race or not want to idle, leak etc. Now i rebuilt an cleaned several times. So i order a ebay carb, around 40 bucks. What have i got to loose. Bolt up the new one. A few minor mounting issues. Crank up an runs and idles perfect. So here is the problem. MAJOR bogging other than ildle. So without getting into all tha little details this is how i got it to work. Used stock cap, main jet an needle jet in the ebay carb. Trial an error with the air mixture. Now it cranks, idles an runs better than it ever has. So. So far so good.

Just as advertised they claim its a bolt on an go. That is not the case but overall happy with the outcome. While i was at it i also adjusted the vaves. Cam chain. Blew the carbon out the pipe. The baffle was almost completely clogged. That couldn't have been helping. Just amazed now how well it runs an idles. Probably let it run for 15 minutes with no hicups or stalling.

you ned to use the slide, needle nad such that came withthe ebay carb. also yes they will idle, but the main jet could be way off. also those carbs have a tendency to have a mis-adjsuted float, adjust the float while your checking the main-jet. i imagine the main may be too small if it's a 25-26mm carb. those carbs were ment for lesser performance chiense engines. you coudl drill the jet out or run the 200s jets as msot of them bolt into the chinese stuff.
good luck. i went through 3 chinese carbs on my toos before I found a good one.
