Just got back from the Rush-Time Machine tour in Nashville, and all I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! It was the best concert I've been to in a long time. Those guys are just amazing!!!!!!!!

of course they are along with many other great 80s bands like scorpions ozzy acdc im only 14 and i love the 80s rock hair bands and all that haha did the play my two favorites by them tom sawyer and working man? a monday warrior mean mean stride todays tom sawyer mean mean pride

They're going to be here June 18th, and I am going, hell or high water. RUSH is one of my favorite bands. Don't spoil it for me!! :lol:

They are playing Cleveland Ohio right now. My dad is there. Rush rocks!!! Todays Tom Sawyer will rock ya!!

You won't be disappointed. Geddy's voice is starting to give out on the older material, but their ability to play overshadows it. Just amazing. Moving Pictures was done so well!!!!!

uh - is it just me or isn't Rush a 70's band???? I love Rush - they are legends for sure and just keep on rocking - but I would not say they are an 80s band nor a hair band. I love that Diane Sawyer song!
EDIT - maybe they should actually be considered a 60's band after reading this:

uh - is it just me or isn't Rush a 70's band????
They are a Progressive rock band that formed in 68, yes, HOWEVER the modern day Rush we know and love formed in 1974 when Neil Peart replaced John Rutsey as the drummer. Rush is a 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's and a 10's band.
