Silver Lake....June 11th

Alright, I just wanted to get this out there. We are planning a trip to Silver Lake for the second weekend in June (11th-12th). If anybody wants to join in please feel free. I know this is cutting it a bit close to Trikefest for some but I don't think we're going to make it to Indiana this year.
I know we have a good group heading down from Ontario this year, including a few Silver Lake Newbs (right Myles and Peter). Most will be on Quads but still half a dozen trikes at least. We'll probably be there Friday (or thurs) around noon and leave Sun at about the same time, Staying here http://www.sierrasands.com/ . Hope we can get a big group to show up as it is always a lot of fun. So who's in????

I'm on the fence with this one. Mrs. isn't back to work yet, so extra play money is kinda tight right now. It didn't help dropping $1400 on the Invasion trip, lol
But... I do want to get the 500 back in the sand and turn some heads on the drag strip with the 350x look-a-like, lol

I may be there on that date. I live only an hour away from silver lake dunes and have already been there this year on opening day. I took my 200x out and it performed well even though for me it was lacking on the power needed for the dunes. If I do make it I will have the 200x as a spare and the 350x as the rider. Once the date gets closer I will let you know

I may try to get up there as I'm only 3.5 hours south of Silver Lake but it all depends on work. Adult life sucks...:(

Perfect.... I am going for a 1/5 scale Rc bash that weekend too. I am taking the 350x, so it is great timing. Just need to find something for the old lady to ride now. Not sure about turning her loose on the 200x.

I'm running a 450r pipe and never had an issue. I had a super trapp on my 200x when I had it there, didn't have a problem either. I've only seen the two strokes have problems there, lol.

Just booked my hotel room for Fri. and Sat. night, now I just have to tune in the 350x with the twist throttle and the pro-link suspension :naughty:
