Which one to buy?

I am new to this forum and I am looking to buy. Right now I am having a tough time deciding between a 1983 big red 200 e or a 1984 200 s. I will mainly use the trike for hunting and occasional joyrides.

The big red runs good but has a burnt headlight( hopefully just a bulb) and needs reAr brake work. It has electric start and a back basket rack. Asking 750

The 200 s also runs good. has no brakes but lights work. Asking 650

Tough one. Both seem equal in their own rights. The electric start would be nice; and you could probably get two good rear tires for cheap.
