Rear Fender Mystery?

Does anybody know anything about this rear fender? It says under the seat that it came from a ATC110 and its honda red but i can't find anything online that resembles it. Notice there are no rivet holes for the mud flaps and the shape of the rear is a little different.

Aftermarket rear fenders for a 79-82 atc110 .
Are they fiberglass or plastic ?
