what i used for a seat pan for my atc 90 was a baking pan. the shape was quite close i just sectioned some out and welded a piece of sheet metal to the edge to stuff in it up a little more i have not put studs in because i am not ready to put the bike together yet. my old pan is just all rust some how staying together you drop it and smash it. if you have any question let me know.

I'd say it should work fine. Keep us posted after the actual install. Nice thinking there!

what year fenders is this pan supposed to fit? thats a good idea, i am looking for a cheap way to get a seat pan for my 78 fenders, and the pan i have for them is the wrong year.
