half way down in the page theres 3 pics of a 200x with small rear tires. The post above say 19inch but they look real small like 16s maybe? idk but i like it! lmk so i can grab some tires this size plz!

it says 18" on stock 200x rims.

i know wht it says but looks different. heres a pics of a 200x with 18inch tires and it doesnt look as low as that one see what i mean. (200x middle page)

They're both 18's. One may have a different size rim than the other. Also, different brand tires are not going to look the same all the time.

They are absolutely def,18-9.50-8. Ran them all the time back in the day.
