chat help????

trying to get chat to work on my PC. Running XP with all the service packs and updates. And per the instructions I downloaded (Java installed Version 6 Update 24) the latest of Java. So all I get is a blank white screen with nothing...... Any pointers???

for me, I click on chat, a window comes up I click run

then a window comes up asking if I want to block the app, i click no

then it works... make sure u click run then no

I'm not geting the run window................. Looks like it works on my wifes PC (windows 7) But I never see anyone in there????

people are in there in the 8-11 range, when people are home from work and after dinner
