Hey guys, just thought i would share some pictures of the 125m i have been working on. Nothing like some of the restores, but i think it looks a hell of a lot better. Still have some painting to do, but, she looks pretty as it sits. Bought a beat down parts 125m.. Surprisingly enough, came with MINT front/rear fenders, and seat. As soon as i saw the fenders, thats all i cared about and bought it. I put the fenders and seat on my 125 i already had. I got that parts bike running, and have been beating the hell out of it.... Another thread to come about ol smokey.

Dang dude!! That is nice! Looks like a twin to mine. I stumbled across this while looking for a 110 and couldn't pass it up. All it needed was a battery and trunk lid. Got both now.

I'm working on a 125M at this time also. I've hit a wall though, those locking nuts on the rear axle have left me stalled. I just picked up the front wheel from my bike shop after he pulled the tire off, and am dropping it off to be re-powdercoated later this week. And was it ever a mess!

Nice work.
Thank you, still has quite the number of imperfections that need attention, but shes definitely a pretty bike. Now, to start on my 250es.. And MAYBE rebuild the motor on that " parts machine "

Not to hijack you Jason125M, but no, those darn things are on there. I've grabbed them with some pretty big wrenches and they've yet to budge. I've hit it with PB Blaster for over a week thinking about my next move.

Have you tried an impact gun? Or a 4 foot steel or PVC pipe bar on the end of a ratchet? Thats what i had to do to get mine off. Goodluck to you!

She runs like the day she came off the showroom floor in 84, when my dad bought her.
