What in the hell is that thing?. Its obviously a Blaster framed utillity with a dual headpiped head and more safety guards and features than a CPSC baby crib, but who makes it?.

I think it is called a gallop (made overseas) they have a 90cc, 150cc,200cc, and a 250cc fourstroke
