My cousin and Uncle both have killer aluminium swing arm skid plates on their Warriors. You know, the kind that protect the disc and chain & sprocket.

Anybody know where I can get one for my 350X?? I've been looking and can't find one anywhere. I can make my own (as I do for my trucks) but I'm not set up to fab aluminium skidz and making it out of steel will be to heavy for any good jumps/landings.

If you know a place to get one or have fabbed one up yourself, can ya post a link or pic?

http://www.prm-atv.com sells one, and rad (company that makes the billet carriers) also manufactures one. They both cost in the neighborhood of 100 dollars I think.

Thanks man!!

The one at PRM was $89.95 so...a c-note after shipping I'm sure. It looked good but didn't look as indestructable as I'd of liked (open senter section) and they don't offer a new "Z" style plate for it yet.

Can't even find a site for the RAD skid though.

If I can't find anything else, I'll go with the PRM skid.

Thanks!!

Those are about half the material of what the PRM skidsz are and they're the same price. :? Shipping will be cheaper though. :D

I'll have to look closer to see if one design may be stronger than the other. I need a TOUGH one!

I think the rad one is the toughest, and is the cheapest possibly. Ask Tom Batts he has one as I remember. I talked to him about it, but don't recall where he purchased it at. The prm is pretty good too though, compared to the flimsy stock one anything is da bomb LOL... I wasn't even aware that dg made them for the 350x. This is a good upgrade for the 350x I think. I will be getting one myself before long.

here it is. It's on Rad's own website. How is this for beefy?

Our skidplates are constructed from 0.25” thick aluminum versus 0.19” from other manufacturers.

69.95! There you go dude hop to it! I think rads' stuff isn't finished out or buffed as quite as nice as some of the others, but a skidplate isn't going to look pretty long anyway! I think that is the one I will go with when the time comes.

Way cool! That's it. :-D That's the one alright.

Ahhh, www.radmfg.com ;)
Found it. :D

Yah, Who cares about it's finish? It's a consumable.

I'll be ordering me one. :bounce

As soon as I get my tires, skid, sprockets and chain on, I'll post some pics of my junk. (Wifes scheduled for a c-section 1 week from today.) Hopefully, I'll get to order everything this week and put it on while on my "maternity" (really just using vacation days) leave.

I'm startin' to get giddy.

Thanks Yaul!!!

Looks like he has a pair of them "rare H-tracks" I'm starting to wonder if they came stock on 85s?
