i got a 85 350x. its runs and looks amazeing..i bought it off a crack head for 350 hahah i gave her a full tune up and fixed all rigging...ive been riding it alot and i went out this weekend and noticed it 1st gear, goin up a hill or crossing train tracks, it has no power..the motor just bogs down like im starting off in 3rd..any ideas? 2nd and up all work perfect

i cant really comment on the problem, but i also bought my first 350X off a crackhead......well actually i think he was a small time dealer

chech the carb ,air filter ,fuell filter,, when i got my 350 she was cracked up pretty bad but a few week in rehab and she's good now !!

paid a hundred bucks for the trike, no plastics, and frame was cut in half and stretched......i couldnt compain...lots of good parts

Post some pics of it. I bought my first one for $300 bucks, but fortunately it was from a farmer and not a crack head.

you got a better deal than myslef or trashy250.......being a farmer myself i would MUCH rather deal with farmers than crackheads.
the crackhead that found me was looking for air cooled R parts and got the 350X thinking it was all the same. i sold him my R parts and then explained that his X wouldnt really work for part so he said hundred bucks its yours.....OK

LOL! I agree on dealing with farmers. And to think, about 10 years ago a farmer close to me offered me a mint 85 250 Big Red for $500 and I was only into sport bikes and turned it down. I still kick myself for that idiotic decision!
