200s with 200es motor

what up so i have a 1984 honda 200s with a 200es moror on it . the thing starts but wont rev up it just pyts and spits almost like its clogged up. ive done the card, cdi, plug clean gas and i cant figure it out this is my third motor trying on this atc, could the ignition coil be my problem. i also have the 200s motor that i went through and did up nice did the timming ect and that wont even strat so im loseing my mind any help would be great . thanks beef

maybe the coil that goes to the spark plugg? i think the one on the 200E has 2 prongs and is smaller than the 200s coil.
was the engine running before you went and put it in?

ya i have 3 motors and they all were running but then they would diw out like the carb is clogged or sum but i got a brand new one and it is set to the T ill have to try the coil i guess thats the only thing left i think

What wiring harness and CDI are you using? From the 200S or the 200es?

look in my sig for manual site. there you can compair info.
I highly recommend you use the harmess, and all electronics frmo the 200e as the s does not have a battery nor electric start and there are differences in the electronics.
