I dont think anyone makes them. I have seen some fiberglass ones before. I think I saw them here on the site. I am sure Maier would do a custom run of them if there was enough demand but dont get your hopes up.

There is member on here that was making them a while back in white and maybe black. They were nice. Some other members with 350x's may have one and can vouch for him. I think his name is aussieduner

If you do find someone to make them in Black, I need one too since I am doing the same thing.

I am doing a gunmetal frame, black plastics, not sure on seat yet. My fork tubes, triples, and some other parts will also be gunmetal. Swinger black

i am getting ready to paint 2 of the frames i just gusseted and i think one is going to be totally blacked out, EVERY SINGLE PIECE
and im thinking black plastics with neon orange or green frame, swinger and a few other parts

I sent a email to maier plastic a few weeks ago asking if they was interested in producing a 350x headlight bezel in red, black, white, there basic colors they run everyday. I asked how many they would have to produce in order to start a new batch. I havent gotten a email back yet but if I do I'll most deffinently post the outcome on here.

I may be wrong here, but 99% sure Maier will NOT make this shell unless someone wants to put up the money for the mold up front - then they will sell the shells exclusively to the owner of the mold. The other issue to work out is how to mount the headlight lens' to the shell itself because Maier uses vaccum forming on thier plastic not injection like the stock plastic. Maier does sell a 250r headlight shell in 3 different colors - the lens on it bolts to 2 plastic peices that are riveted to the shell itself - for some reason many people do not seem to like this set up, but it IS functional. Good luck!

Yeah with vac molding u can do any hard corners, or sharp edges or any protrusions. Really makes me wonder y some aftermarket company has not reproduced everything with injection molding...... They would make a killing if they could reproduce any plastic EXACTLY like OEM but any color

Yeah, I have the Maier 250r shell on my 200x. It is a little too flimsy to support the weight of the light assy. Mine sits a little bit crooked in it, and the rivets kill the look.

I have the Aussieduners 350x headlight shrouds and there were nice (black and white), I do not know if he is around anymore. Aussie did come up with a way to do it with Vaccum forming. It was said that Maier can not do it. You could try DC Plastics but there stuff is not as shiny as Maier. I originally painted mine with Krylon plastic paint and it held up pretty good, to match the Maier white I beleive I used Krylon "Dover White" not the Bright white.
