Starting Point Suggestions for Jetting an '85 200X

Stock everything, minus a Uni filter and a DG Krome header/pipe setup. I understand stock jetting is 110 main and 40 slow. Where should I start once the filter and exhaust are added? Thanks for the suggestions.

i have a Bassani exhaust and Uni.....im at a 112...and i didnt have to change the slow....112 and mess with the needle position..thats where id start
