Ive searched and found very little on this subject. Im looking for the procedure to refill the fluid in the rear shock. All I found in a search was to 'fill it to the top' which I am assuming is the shock itself right? Not the bottle?
Also found that I can use ATF. Can anyone confirm this? And last, the bottle needs to be charged with nitrogen to 120psi?
Thanks!

Pretty sure the bottle needs to be charged with alot more than 120psi. Its over 200psi for my 200x anyways, to be honest your best bet is the honda dealer. They'll fill it and charge it all at once.

It's about 300PSI. You have to fill the damper, resi and hose and ensure there is no air in the system. Then it can be charged.

If it's never been done, it will probably leak once it's been disturbed unless you tear it all apart, clean it and put in a new shock head seal.

You may be opening up a can of worms. I'd get a good used shock and then rebuild this one or pay someone to do it.

The only one I've ever done, I had done professionally. It cost about $150, and they replaced the seals, put new oil in it, and recharged the can.

Believe or not, the service manual walks you through this process rather well. I rebuilt my rear shock, used atf as they suggest in the book, then took it down and got it charged with 310 PSI of nitrogen, no leaks. So yes, it's very doable.
