I was recently involved in a accident in the neighbor hood... So far all i see right now is the front forks are bent big time.... I found another set used but they need fork seals?

Any idea or tips on how to install the front fork fluid and seals?:wondering

Your gonna have to download the service manual and follow it. There are tips and tricks (somewhere) in the forums but you can post what problems you encounter.

It isn't hard but nor is it a cakewalk, you can damage the seals merely installing them.

You'll have to make a bushing and seal driver/installer from some pipe/pvc/tubing etc etc.

Those forks are bent so bad that I would suspect the triple clamps/stem to be bent also. They are cheap enough to find used and change.

That was a HARD hit!!!

If you don't want to deal with them, send them to me and I'll rebuild them..........

Im down in miami florida... Honestly down here we ride and race them around the street.. Well i jus pulled the bike out of storage, Bike was sitting for bout three years..Finally got her running and was riding it around to check everything out. Was cruising in about fourth gear and im coming up to an intersection where i had the right a way (eventhough there not suppose to ridden on the road), an old lady talking on a cell phone ran through the stop sign and when i try to lock the brakes up the rear brakes went to the floor.. i ran str8 into the drivers door...

Fractured both handsm have to have two surgeries on the right hand, had to kwires installed to help the bone fuse back together.

I feel your pain ,,I was actually gonna post, the last time I made one look like that, they were taking a lot of pictures of me. Plate and 4 screws holding mine together. Don't you think a street bike would work MUCH better for your application???

Don't you know they're never wrong?

Well just try and keep it off the street, These atc's are design for off road use.

I'm sure you can find a riding area, or team up with some member's here for a off road ride.

BEST thing to do is BUY a HONDA Service Manual...

Its illegal to use your cell phone while driving here in Ontario... No texting or talking. Which i am quite glad about because people can't multitask very well...

Hope it heals up quick! And i hope your bike does too =)
