Cool head questions

Im thinking of adding a Cool Head to my CR540 motor. Im wondering what the exact pros and cons to these are. I dont understand the dome system either.

pro's,, O ring gaskets!!!! multaple times you can re-use.. and better coolant flow,,,, the domes are interchangeable for diffrent compression. higher/ lower,, not that you need to go higher,, and if you launch a piston .. and chew the dome .. its replaceable ,unlike a stocker..
