I might have a non stock caliper on my front wheel. do you have to take off the disk/rotor to get the caliper off, to get the front wheel off. The way mine is set up now, the caliper, no way was comming off the disk with disk bolted on hub, it was hitting the rim. I even compressed the caliper piston ... no help. not a big deal, but somthin aint right, thanks

ps manual says you just need to remove the caliper. maybe my rim id off somthing else and is wider. the tire is a oem 23.5x8-11

Just loosen all three disk nuts a few turns and the calipar will come off .

Or, unbolt the wheel from the hub first then you can move it out of the way to get the caliper on/off.

This is normal on the 200x. Others, too I think but I can only speak from experience with the first gen 200x.
