i need help on my timeing chain

how do i tighten it its for 85 200x

while the motor idleing , loosen the 14mm nut behind the cylinder about 1 turn and then retighten . Done !!!

ii just did but you can still hear it

The chains wear out,and need replaced,as do the plastic chain guides : (
