depends on what your thinking about doing with it...It looks pretty far gone. you could definitely part it out and make some cash though.

Based on the old "balloon" tires it's got, that's definitely a pre '75 model, and not an '80, which makes it somewhat collectable IMO. I've seen the tires alone going for big money on ebay:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-atc-90-us90-tires-VERY-RARE-/260792890907?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cb877b61b IMO definitely worth the money and could be quite restore-able, especially for the vintage trike collector.
I love those big 'ol early 90's with the cartoony high floatation tires, big wide handlebars, and super thick fenders. Bonus if it's got the high-low tranny. Hard to tell from those small pics, but I don't see much (if any) damage to the body, the seat looks intact and unripped, and everything looks to be there. Lot's of nostalgia value there if you're into that sort of thing.

Go for it. The one tire that is holding air is worth $100

If you've got one good tire and good fenders, you can easily get your money back if it's too far gone to get it running. I say go for it too!

Talk him Down to $100 and grab it. Would be cool to restore it but before u know it u will have a lot into it.
Even if u get it to fire there is still a lot more to go over and make sure it's tight then just spark. Especially if a very young kid will be riding it.
Definitely worth it either way, restoring or parting.

Tires that are in good shape bring big money... If they are weather checked and cracked, they dont have much value to them.... If you are wanting to put together a machine for a kiddo, not entirely sure a US90 is the best choice, but an atc90 would probably be better... (rare tires, fiberglass fender, ect...)

Looks like a US 90 with the big tires, I would imagine the parts alone would be worth it for anyone restoring one.
