k so changed the timing chain and the chain tensioner or guide whatever you want to call it. put everything back on went through all the steps and i must of screwed the pocch somewhere cause now i can barely kick it over it takes all my might to get it to turn over it hasnt run since i did this and i dont what the hell i did!!!\

No worries, it's probably out of time and you bent a valve......

Got good compression still??

The tensioner is just that, there is also a cam chain guide and a tensioner guide. You should have been at "T" on the compression stroke.

fixed!!!! it was a washer on the cam that wasnt on stupid me....!!!!!!!!! thanks though!!!
