I am really interested to know what the easiest Motor transplant would be for a 86 350X that would have an electric start. Obviously I expect to make some frame changes but hoping for the easiest solution. With my knees its hard to kick mine over and I have arthritis. Appreciate any help.

Ive seen some 400ex conversions. But as far as easy, I have no clue.

trx 300ex electric start and reverse, search for threads it has been done before. Not much frame work needed. I would like to do one, just that project it down low on the list,lol

The reverse option sounds great. Does the 400ex have reverse also? I would rather go up in motor size verses down. Thanks

Newer 400ex's have reverse. I think they are fairly new though.

Okay, I'll keep my eyes open for some locally and see what pops up. Reverse isn't a must but would help for sure! Thanks
