The tire air pressure is off in the back tires, if it is pulling to the right either put more air in the left tire or let out air in the right tire/
This is backwards.

^That.
Pulling to one side generally means that your tires don't have equal air pressure. Whichever side it is pulling to, check the tire on that side.

I filled the tire up 3 times in a week, and i just though to check to see if it was leaking. I just bought brand new tires that have Maybe 8 hours on them. No one said they could break the bead on the tires because it was an 8 inch rim, so i bit the bullet and took the to the dealership, they charged me $25 a tire to mount and dismount the new tires PLUS $18 per tire for a new oring and another $4 for new valves on each tire. I just put the tire under water and there is a constant stream of bubbles coming out where the picture shows. I dont know whether to take the tires back to the shop and wait another 3 weeks to get them back or try a home fix. Anyone got any ideas?

I would take them back and get it done right. If you let them know how unhappy you are with the last time you had to wait to have them done and now the quality they might bust them out the same day for you for free, not sure how your dealer is mine is extremely helpful

um take them back. Ifyou paid to have them mounted then any good shop would stand behind it. and should'nt take near 3 weeks. I do my own tires and they take about 5 min. doing by hand with a home-built bead breaker

you could always put a tube in it also but the dealer should fix it unless the rim is defective
