Howdy Yall,
Just wondering if anyone uses on of these diamondback covers or a monster hauler in the back of their pick up to haul trikes? I really would like to get the diamond back cover for this simple fact I don't have to deal with a trailer. The deer camp I mainly ride at requires a fair about of four wheel drivin' to get to and a trailer makes it a complete PITA (if the trailer even holds up). I'm thinking that all I would have to do is buy a third ramp for the front wheel and I would be in business. Anyone have any experience as such or suggestions.

The bad thing about trikes with ramps is the front wheel in the middle is the oddball. You always have to have an extra ramp

If you have a triple fold ramp, you have no problems what so ever.

Man, that is really steep!!!!! I would not care for that much. Not so much driving up but backing down that steep mother would be nerve racking. I would hate to have the front wheel come up and on top of me. I prefer going straight in the bed of the truck. I know you loose storage space but its a lot easier to get the trike in the truck witout killing myself. The only way I could see that working very well would be with some really really long ramps to lessen the incline. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah, a little mud or water on the ramp, and it's kiss your butt goodbye.

The ramp angle did concern me at first, but the more I thought about it the I figured it was now different an angle vs load into the bed of the truck. 6ft ramp on the tailgate vs 12 footers sitting on the bed rail. Also all my machines are autoclutch which makes it alot easier. Just hope I can get all three on there! Thankx for trailprotrailpro $.02

Yes, I have one and think they are great!! I can carry 3 bikes, or 2 trikes, or a quad and a bike without even using my extender... with the extender you can fit even more!
Sorry, no pics of trikes loaded, but like another posted above if you have the two ramps at just the right distance apart, the front tire will ride up the middle no problem.
