Anyone run smaller tires on a 185/200s?

Just wondering if anyone runs smaller tires on their 185/200s hondas?
I saw a 185s the otherday with 18" tires and I thought it looked bad azz!!
What are the pros and cons of a smaller tire? I have 22" Cheng shins on now...

i had some 18's on my 200s for a short time when it was all i had. It looked cool and slid around well, but it rode horrible.. not worth doing IMO

i had 20x11-9 factory suzuki z400 wheels&tires on mine i liked it more power not so tipsy but the ride was rougher
