ATC 70 throttle issues

Hi All,
Broke the throttle cable on the 70, problem being that for some reason it had a twistgrip on it. Bought a new cable but as it's for the thumb lever it obviously doesn't fit so I need to find a thumb throttle lever that will suit.
Does anyone know if the unit off any other machine will work with the oem cable? The distance between the outer and the cable end is only about 1/4".

most of the time there are originals on eBay for cheap. i like to use the 350X thumb throttle with a TRX 70 cable but if you use a tall set of bars you can use the 84 ATC250R cable with a 350X thumb setup.

This is likely the replacement cable for the twister....
