has anbody ever ridding at this sand dune in MS

I came across this atv sand dune park, and it seemed like a nice place to have some fun at. especially since the LA sand dunes are shutting down on the 31st for good, so if anybody from MS has any info on it let me know because it is only like 4 hours from my house, here is the link to the place.
