I've heard both sides of this argument, my right to choose..blah, blah.

But these are children and they need to be taught to be safe..this why I can't stand choice states. Because some people make life and death choices for their children.

Man this really boils me..where is his damn helmet?

I know this horse is beat, but can common sense not win once in a while.

SICKENING,APPALING,AND STUPID. Obviously should have a helmet. Should be on a 70. And 2 or 3 more laps,,he's gonna roll it coming back towards the camera. He was getting closer every lap. What a flaming IDIOT of an adult. Poor kid.

Uploaded in 2008, now the kid's 3 years older and maybe his grandfather has gained more wisdom and insisted on the child wearing safety gear.

I started riding a early age (5) and my parents always made me wear helmet. One thing i have learned over years is how easily something can happen even on trails you have been on your entire life. My helmets have saved my head a few times. That little guy the Big Red is not big enough to lean from side to side which is very important. It people like this got trikes band in the first place. I wish people would smarten up.

I went thru and voted up all the comments that were asking about where his helmet was.

Hoosier Daddy Seriously that kids grandpa has to be a moron. How hard is it to go and get a helmet to prevent possible injury to his grand kid. I thought with age comes wisdom not in that guys case.

Yeah, he needs a helmet, period. It doesn't matter the size of your engine, or how many wheels it's got, better to be safe than sorry.

RETARDED PaPa for sure. So many people back in the day thought it had 'three wheels my kid is safe' until they flip over, break ankles, etc.... then it is the manufacturers fault because I didn't supervise my child blah blah blah.
