Anyone Hear Of Engine Ice

does anybody run engine ice in their 250r's? Their are alot of dogs (non toxic stuff) in my area and I wouldnt want a leak causing a dog to come over and lick it and die. they also claim it runs the motor cooler? Any truth to this? Im looking to run it in a trx250r if i decide to buy it

I run it in my Tecate's and my 250R. I haven't had any problems with overheating, but I didn't with 50/50 coolant either.

I run it in all of my liquid bikes, its great stuff and does drop temps around 10*, easier way around this would probably be to fix your leak.

Just fix your leak, otherwise you'll be spending $XX each outing just to keep your bike from overheating and nuking itself ;)

I run it in all my bikes...We ride desert and mountain trails and never had boil overs. Works good I recommend it.

it doesnt leak that i know of yet, audioworks where do you find ball joints for this beast

I have no clue bud.....never had to buy any, but in my experience it is hard to find replacement ball joints for stock arms. I am getting ready to do a swap over to 450r a arms, spindles, hubs and tie rods hopefully I wont have to worry about it for another 25 years.

Are you talking about the 88 trx250r that needs the engine dropped in? Hey wants 1500? I would suggest you go take a good look at the bike before you decide to pick it up. Alot of work involved to get the ol girl going again
