Problem with Honda 200s

[Honda Atc 200s]

I recently got a 1985 Honda ATC 200s. I got it running again after I replaced the spark plug wire and cleaned the carb. The problem is that it smokes REALLY BAD and never stops. Somebody told me that, that means that it is scorching the cylinder. Whether this is the case or not, how can I fix this?

sounds like the cylinder is scored or it could be the the valve stem oil seals maybe.... A top end job (re-bore, valves etc) is in order.... or just put up with the smoke. :shiftyeyes:
