Pull your head, clean up the exhaust port, open the intake to 27mm. Open up the rubber boot the same (be care you don't take to much off or it will crack) Shave .020 off the head and put a pipe on it. Thats what I did to my YTM 200, but I put the 29mm carb you already have on it as well as a 10.5 piston. I seem to have lost a little top end. I was clocked at 56mph years ago bone stock, but that was with nice soft tires that grew with speed and I was only 140lbs. Now I'm 200# and my tires don't grow much. Regardless, the midrange is stupid on this thing. Watch the front end during the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0W2t64OD0Ew Oh yea, there is some guy in CA that will grind your stock cam, but he wants like $400 and I have no idea what it will run like. Good luck!

Were the Blaster hubs a bolt-on swap?

Also if you experience any clutch slippage You can upgrade to a timberwolf atv clutch. Or equivalent. BOLT ON PERFORMANCE. I just did it to mine. Way easier to find used too and cheaper

Bad ass man. I absolutely love my 225dx. Almost more than my faster toys.

Nice. And with the 10" rear rims it kinda evens out the extra rake in the front from the z front end. COOL
