300R kit for 250r more top speed?

I see these kits once in a while and there kinda alot but what would it really do for sure more power but would you get more speed out of it?

I don't think it will give you more speed because The engine will still be turning the same RPM as it was a 250. It will just give you more power. If you want more speed you can put a bigger front sprocket on your bike or a smaller rear. just my .02

Sprockets = speed H.P.= how fast ya get to speed!!! try like a 15 tooth front or a 37 rear sprocket, maybe a combination of them both...
