Why was there never a Phase III report done?

Ok! So, who is going to write a Phase III Yamaha Tri-Z 250 wrench report?

I think many people would like to see a few more of these!

At the end of the old Phase II artical they mention it, but I've never found it. I'd love to know what it has in it. A buddy that raced Suzuki quads in the late 80's said one of the team Yamaha guys ran a convered Tri-Z quad with the "REAL" Yamaha updates. He said it was unbeatable on ice. He gave me the guys name but I haven't called (the guy is known as a bit of a dick) I hope someone here replies with it, even if it is likley way to rad for my long cross country rides.
