I picked up an 1983 CR60 with no spark yesterday. I pulled the flywheel and cleaned everything up and checked all connection and swapped the coil with a known good. That just leaves the pick up and ignition module. Can anyone tell me how to test these compenents? I don't have a manual so if anyone does and can tell me resistance between which wires or any other tests I can do that would ge much appriciated. Or does anyone know where I can download a free manual? I'm sure its out there somewhere but I couldn't find it. Thanks.

Here's the electrical chapter from a manual.

Well that link did not work for me either? Dunno. But I did remember that I had an old manual from a Mid 80s CR125. I dug that up and it covers CR60 as well! I did some tests and basically I need a new winding for the stator. Resistance through the winding is supposed to be around 2000 ohms and its ZERO or .001 or so. Close enough to zero. So does anyone know if I can buy just a winding somewhere and solder it in on the cheap like I did with my Tecate?

I Googled that response you got above, guess it has something to do with InterScan Web Security Appliance.
